Log into your Jardan account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Item
Carefully repackage your furniture or home decor in its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule a Collection
For large furniture pieces, our white-glove team will contact you to arrange a pickup; for smaller accessories, simply attach the provided prepaid shipping label.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
